This last image in the series shows people with protest signs viewed through a television screen. With these images, the Surveillance Camera Players demand that what we see in front of cameras is always fiction, and that there is no such thing as a one-sided story.

The Surveillance Camera Players stage events in front of existing surveillance closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras. Incorporating any interference from local security guards responding to their presence, SCP perform well-known plays in condensed format such as Orwell's 1984, they also perform their own scripted creations.

Surveillance Camera Players was founded in New York in 1996. Based in New York, their work is concerned with the surveillance of the public by those in authority.
