Images in the Series: Rixome is a project that intends to allow people to annotate public spaces. It will work on various portable devices such as laptops, PDA's or mobile phones. It will allow the users to see items posted by others. Using a Global Positioning System-linked database, Rixome is a network that allows anyone to apply text tags and photographs to the world around them. Anyone can retrieve the information and images and add their own tags simply by visiting the area with their mobile phone/PDA/laptop.

Rixome is a project by gelo (Jose Luis Pajares Sánchez-Mayoral), a media artist living in Madrid, Spain.
