1. This lesson is designed to be a short lesson, to allow time for finishing presentations and beginning lesson 6, which is a long lesson. Allow only about 15-20 minutes for this lesson, and then use the rest of the time for the above purposes.
2. Distribute handouts and allow students time to complete them using the internet.
3. When presentations are finished, allow time for comparison and celebration. Perhaps you could invite another class in, so that the students could share their learning with small groups. Or, hold a parent’s night, when families can come in and learn from the students. Have some tea, coffee, juice, cookies and fruit for your visitors. Celebrate your students’ achievements!
