The natural environment of the Saguenay fjord overwhelms those who discover it, but the fjord does not fully reveal itself at first sight. Recently, we have been attempting to discover mysteries whose revelations are often stunning.
The marked season changes and the sometimes rigorous climate modify its landscape continually: sometimes like the middle of the Arctic, then like an oasis at the foot of the cliffs. The marine depths are the home of sixty (60) species of fish and some mammals such as the famous beluga whale.
