4.5 x 6.5 x 6.5, Porcelain, wheel thrown, celadon glaze

Flat-sided and topped box with a primrose incised into the lid; flower fills the lid and is presented in detail, with some petals curling, and pistol and stamen; pooling celadon glaze provides dark contrast to reveal incised drawing.
