A drawing of the Allison townsite near present day Princeton, in Dewdney's Cross Section Book. John Fall Allison was Edgar Dewdney's brother-in-law by marriage.  After Allison's death,leaving a younger wife and 14 children, Dewdney stepped in and helped out the family for many years.
