Learning through hands-on activities

Aboriginal cultures found many strategies to successfully survive.
Participation in reconstructing aboriginal activities gives participants a better understanding and appreciation for their culture. First Nations, Metis and Inuit cultures are rich with many hands on activities which can be attempted by students. When math, science and technology concepts are integrated into the process, an extra layer of learning supports and invigorates aboriginal culture.
