Pointe-à-Callière, Montréal Museum of Archaeology and History, is a spectacular and unique place to visit in the heart of Old Montréal. It is the only museum in North America built atop actual remains that takes visitors on a genuine underground archaeological tour. Classified as National Historic Site and built on the very bithplace of Montréal, Pointe-à-Callière uses advanved technology to bring the history of Montréal alive in a new and original light.
