Carberry Plains Museum has a large collection ranging from archaeological artifacts dating from the 16th century to artifacts representing local European settlement from 1870's to present day.

Human History

Carberry Plains Museum human history collection is mainly representative of European homesteaders 1878- 1950. It includes exhibits which describe their religious lives, social lives, agricultural practices, and education. Many prominent local families are featured. We also have several artifacts from the World Wars. Our women's and children's costumes from the mid and late 19th century are not to be missed and include rare work dresses from the 1860's.
