Comprised of the Nathaniel Dett Memorial Chapel National Designated Historic Site and the Norval Johnson Heritage Library, the centre offers a resource collection in Black Canadian History and presents tours of the site and the larger Niagara Freedom Trail.

Hours of Operation

Operations: Year Round • By Appointment • Seasonal

Open full hours during summer months, otherwise limited and by appointment hours. Freedom Trail tours, presentations and site visits can be booked/accommodated year round.

Open: Call first.
Summer months @ 9-5
Winter - regular part-time, usually 9:30 - 12:30

Closed: Saturday • Sunday
Depends on tour bookings, but usually on Statutory Holidays and late December through mid January

Admission: Free
Donations are actively solicited. Booked tours are $3 per person.
